Book Your School for the HHSP

If you're interested in having your school participate in the assessment and CPR days, please complete the form below or contact us at info@heartniagara.com or (905) 358-5552 ext 102. At present we are providing the HHSP in grades 7, 9 and with some Specialist High Skills Major Programs (SHSM) in grade 11. Please book early in the semesters as our data indicates that the student participation rate is much higher.
